PLEASE, only use whatever route you would like to get to C-470 & Highway 285/hampden.
From the denver area: Take 285/Hampden South, past C-470 just 10-11 minutes. Look at the mile markers while traveling, (small green signs on every highway counting each mile). You can see our building between mile marker 239 & 240, on the lower (south side) side of the Highway but To get to us you will need to exit at the next exit after passing us. just exit at Mile Maker 239 (before the Welcome to Conifer sign), making 3 immediate righthand turns, so that you are headed back toward denver on highway 285. Count to ten and we are the very first driveway on your right, Look for the big horse statue. Pull off the freeway right into our paved driveway. As you pull in, try calling the office to see if someone can come out and meet you at the door to direct you to the correct entrance for your room, rather than having you trouble with luggage & parking more than once. Late? Not to worry, we have a special way of getting you in, which you will find upon arrival.
Located in beautiful Morrison Colorado on the Border of Conifer, near Evergreen, Denver, Pine, Golden, Lakewood, Littleton, Highlands Ranch, and more! Surrounded by pine trees, aspens, and rock outcroppings. DO NOT USE EXPEDIA OR MAPQUEST TO FIND US, THEY TELL YOU TO TAKE THE WRONG EXIT!!!!
