Overnight Accommodation Terms of service
Arrowhead, while not a five star Hotel, does still endeavor to make every stay as five star, enjoyable and memorable as possible. Please read all information below to ensure that we do.
>Check-in time/Directions to our Facility: All Guests are advised to print, bring, and follow, the directions from our website, rather than calling for directions. The directions are very easy but much easier to follow when printed in advance .Self check-in is available anytime after 4:00 pm on the day of your arrival Any check-in after 10:00 pm must be quiet so as not to disturb our other guests. It is recommended that all guests check-in between the hours of 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm so that we can give the guest a personal tour, and education of how to use and best enjoy every amenity at our facility, and so we may btter assit you with knowledge of the in the area. A Guest Information Book is also provided for the same reason to all Guests. Regardless of check-in time all Guests are advised to print, bring, and follow, the directions from our website, rather than calling for directions. The directions are easy but far easier to follow when printed.
>Check out: Check-out time is 11:00 am unless otherwise prearranged.
>Early Check-in/Late Checkout: Wherever possible, we will always try to accommodate your needs. Early or late check-in &/or check-out may be arranged with our reservation desk. Fees may apply.
>Room Occupancy: Room rates shown are for double occupancy (a maximum of 2 persons per room per night), unless prearranged with Arrowhead. Extra, Per Person charges may apply.
>Check-in time: self check-in is available anytime after 4:00 pm. Any check-in after 10:00 pm must be quiet so as not to disturb our other guests. It is recommended that all guests check-in between the hours of 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm so that we can give the guest a personal tour, and education of how to use and best enjoy everything at our facility, and in the area. A Guest Information Book is also provided for the same reason to all Guests.
>Smoking is restricted to certain designated outdoor smoking areas only. Our fire alarms were set by our local Fire Station to be extremely, and even overly sensitive to any indoor smoking whatsoever, and DO go off, waking the whole house, and pretty much the entire neighborhood, if anyone smokes anything, for even one second, inside the building. This results in a false alarm with the fire station, who upon arriving, will decipher which room triggered the smoke & fire alarms. Any & all charges and losses derived by this inconvenience to our other guests, Fire Marshall charges, and/or, cleaning costs of a minimum of $125.00 will be charged to any guest discovered to have caused any &/or all of this by abusing this no-smoking policy.
>Pets: The use of Personal assistant Guide Dogs are allowed as needed, but otherwise we cannot accommodate any pets. A cleaning fee of $100.00 minimum will be charged if it is discovered that any Guest ignored this policy, plus damages, if applicable.
>Children: All children are charged at the same rate as adults, including newborns. We are not child-proof in any way. All children must be supervised and well-behaved at all times.
>BNB & House Etiquette: All Guests, both children and adults, must be respectful of our House rules and BNB Etiquette. No Guest(s) asked to leave because they are refusing to honor any of our House Rules will be issued any refunds.
>Booking, Cancellation & Credit Card Policy-Our minimum stay is typically 2 nights but we may accommodate your 1 night stay. If we are able to accommodate your 1 night stay, a deposit of 100% will be charged & owed at booking. On 2-night stays, or multiple room or multiple night stays, a minimum deposit

>Important information regarding Directions to our Facility: All Guests are asked to please print, bring, and follow, ONLY the directions from our website, rather than calling for directions. The directions are very easy but much easier to follow when printed in advance.
>Check-in time: Self check-in is available anytime after 4:00 pm. We ask that anyone checking in after 10:00 pm be extremely quiet so as not to disturb other guests. It is recommended that all guests check-in between the hours of 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm so that we can give the guest a personal tour, and education of how to use and best enjoy everything at our facility, and in the area. A Guest Information Book is also located in your room and the common areas to help deliver all of this same information to our Guests.
>Check out: Check-out time is 11:00 am, unless special arrangements are made.
>Early Check-in/Late Checkout: Wherever possible, we will always try to accommodate your needs. Early or late check-in &/or check-out may be prearranged with our reservation desk. Fees may apply. Please call the front desk to inquire.
>Room Occupancy: Room rates shown are for double occupancy (a maximum of 2 persons per room per night), unless prearranged. All Guests over 2 per room will incur an additional $49 per person per night or, for parties or get-togethers, an additional hourly event or party fee, as applicable.
>Smoking: For the safety and emjoyment of all Guests, smoking or fire of any kind is not permitted anywhere inside our building. Responsible and careful smoking is allowed in certain designated outdoor smoking areas, away from other Guests. Not following this policy could cause inconvenience to, if not much unneccessary harm or damage to the building, it's inhabitants, the forest around our building & possible other people or their properties. For this reason, the local fire department requires that we set our fire alarms and security monitors to be extremely sensitive. These systems record and document which party set off the alarm. Any & all charges and losses derived by this inconvenience to our other guests, Fire Marshall charges, &/or, cleaning costs of a minimum of $100.00 will be charged to any guest discovered to have caused any &/or all of this by abusing this no-smoking policy.
>Pets: The use of Personal Assistant Guide Dogs are allowed as needed, but otherwise we cannot accommodate any pets. A pet cleaning fee of $100.00 minimum will be charged if it is discovered that any Guest ignored this policy, plus damages, if applicable.
>Children: We love children. However, not all of our Guests do. We require that bringing any child under the age of 12 is discussed with us beforehand as we will have to make special arrangements so all Guests are happy. We are not child-proof in any way. All children must be supervised at all times.
>Charges: By booking with Arrowhead, Cardholder & all Guest(s) staying at or receiving services from, Arrowhead, agree(s) to pay for any & all charges incurred during their time or stay at Arrowhead, as soon as it is requested, or discovered by Arrowhead. This includes any & all services and incidentals requested, authorized &/or used by Guest including but not limited to, incidentals, extra Guests, extra services and or purchases, long distance charges, damages &/or theft.
>Hours of operation: Our Business and Management Office Phone Hours are 10:30 am to 6:00 pm, MST.
>Booking and Cancellation Policy-Unlike most Bed and Breakfasts, we do not always require a 2 night minimum stay to book. If we are able to accommodate your 1 night stay, payment in full is owed at time of booking. For stays of 2 nights, or longer, a deposit of 1/2 of the total estimated charges will be charged at time of booking. Any remainder owed will be charged within approximately 14 days of your stay. If you need to cancel, all we ask is that you give us 30 days notice in low season, 60 days notice in high, and we will completely refund your full room rate(s) less our refund processing fee of 10%. If a guest is unable to give the above notice, because time does not allow, or for any other reason, we will, to the best of our ability, try to rebook all rooms. Upon rebooking of all rooms, we promptly refund all applicable room charges that were received upon rebooking, less our 10% administrative processing fee of the total booking charges. 2 or more rooms being rented by persons who are somehow related require 60 days notice in low season and 90 days notice in high. Cancellations must be sent in writing to info_arrowheadmanor.com.
>Credit Card Refunds, changes, etc.: If customer requests, or causes the need to refund or recharge any amount, or that we switch charges to another card, or to refund so cash payment can be made, etc., at no fault of Arrowhead, a 10% administrative processing fee of such amounts will be charged. Customers agree to pay a credit card chargeback processing fee of at least $100.00 for any unwarranted chargeback attempts by customer.
>BNB & House Etiquette: All Guests, both children and adults, must be respectful of our House rules and BNB Etiquette at all times. Guest(s) asked to leave becuase of their disturbing other Guests, or ignoring house rules and etiquette will not be issued any refunds.
>Negative Comments, Opinions and Postings: Negative statements, comments or postings made by any person about any business without proof is slander and libel and may result in undue losses to the business. Any Guest or Customer booking any stay, event or service with Arrowhead agrees not to make any statement or comment, verbally or in writing, at any time, unless proof of such has been determined by the local legal system.
>Insurance: By booking with Arrowhead all Guests and Customers of Arrowhead agree that they are enjoying Arrowhead and all of it's amenities at their own risk. They further agree that Arrowhead will not be liable for and nor will Arrowhead be liable to pay any losses or damages to any person, Guest or anyone otherwise related to any inquiry or any stay or event, whatsoever. All persons booking with, and/or entering, Arrowhead Manor, agree they are completely self-insured for any event &/or stay &/or any other reason while at Arrowhead.
>Entertaining, Cooking, Parties, etc: If you think you will be wanting to cook &/or Serve &/or entertain at the Manor, you will need to have every detail of that event (for 2 people to 100 or more people) pre-approved by the Arrowhead Manor, or you will be charged at the regular rates. Sorry, but in that instance we cannot offer any discount or, exceptions. To avoid being charged please call for prices &/or availability before entertaining at our facility.
Weddings/Events Terms of Service
>Upon Receipt of any Wedding or Event Deposit Arrowhead will send all Wedding & Event Clients a copy of our Wedding & Event Terms of Service via email to the email on file, if the Client was not already given a copy. Client / Customer is responsible to ensure they have received and fully understand Wedding and Event Terms of Service within 24 hours of deposit.
